We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer specialized in MEP construction to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the successful execution of mechanical systems across various projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical aspects of MEP construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems

• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure compliance with design, codes, and standards

• Supervise site activities to ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution

Join Our Team and Excel in MEP Project Management

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the contractual and financial aspects of MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FIDIC contracts and a proven track record in cost control, contract administration, and project valuation.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for MEP projects.

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and packages.

• Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports.

• Assess and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions (FIDIC).

• Assist in preparing contractual claims and resolving disputes.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial efficiency.

• Conduct site visits to verify physical progress of works for valuation purposes.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the MEP sector.
