Sales Coordinator (Expats-Female)

💼 الأدوار والمسؤوليات

1. إدخال أوامر البيع وتأكيدها بسرعة ودقة من حيث اسم العميل، رمز المنتج، السعر الصحيح، والكمية. يجب الحصول على موافقة كتابية من مدير التسويق وتطوير المنتج لأي تعديل في السعر سواء بالزيادة أو النقصان.

2. التأكد من إتمام جميع حجوزات أوامر البيع وطباعة الفواتير بحلول الساعة 3:00 مساءً يوميًا ليستلم المستودع الطلبات ويوقع عليها للتسليم في اليوم التالي. يوم الخميس يجب طباعة جميع الحجوزات بحلول الساعة 12 ظهرًا لتسليم يوم السبت.

3. التأكد من قبول العملاء لنسخ جميع الفواتير مع أوامر البيع واستلام أوامر الشراء (LPO) حسب المطلوب.

4. التعامل مع استفسارات مندوبي المبيعات، طلبات العينات، العروض السعرية، واستقبال الطلبات من مندوبي المبيعات عبر الهاتف.

💼 Roles and Responsibilities

1. Enter sales orders and confirm them quickly and accurately regarding customer name, item code, correct price, and quantity. Any price changes, whether increase or decrease, must have written approval from the Marketing and Product Development Manager.

2. Ensure all sales order bookings and invoice printing are completed by 3:00 pm daily for warehouse collection and signing for next day delivery. On Thursdays, all bookings must be printed by 12 Noon for Saturday deliveries.

1. Make sure customers accept copies of all invoices with the sales order and the LPO has been received accordingly.

2. Handle and deal with salesman inquiries, requests for samples, quotations, and take orders from salesmen via telephone.

1. Interpret and implement the organization's policies related to all resources utilized in providing an efficient store operation.

2. Plan for effective and efficient store operation.

3. Delegate authority to immediate subordinates to carry out their duties.

4. Ensure suitable personnel are selected, developed, and promoted to maintain an effective store organization.

5. Provide effective leadership and guidance at all times.

6. Ensure that administrative systems and procedures are suitable for efficient store operations.

7. Ensure all personnel under control work and perform efficiently.

8. Ensure cooperation with other functions is achieved at all levels.

9. Ensure a balance of supplies between continuous demand and intermittent supply.

9. ضمان توازن الإمدادات بين الطلب المستمر والإمداد المتقطع.

Assistant Accountant (Bahraini)

💼 الأدوار والمسؤوليات

• مراجعة وإعداد رسوم الإيجار بناءً على الأسعار المتفق عليها وفوترة المستأجرين في الوقت المحدد

• التأكد من إيداع جميع إيصالات رسوم الإيجار في الوقت المناسب

• ترتيب تأجير العقارات الشاغرة بأسعار مناسبة وزيادتها عند الحاجة

• المساعدة في إعداد مستندات التدقيق للمراجعين الخارجيين

• دعم المحاسب ومدير الممتلكات في المهام اليومية

• التنسيق مع الجهات القانونية في حالات خرق العقد أو المسائل المتعلقة بدفع المستأجرين

💼 Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and prepare rental fees based on the agreed rates and bill tenants on time

• Ensure that all receipts of rental fees are deposited on time

• Arrange letting out of vacant properties at proper rates and increase when necessary

• Assist in the preparation of audit documents for external auditors

• Assist the Accountant and Property Administrator on a daily basis

• Coordinate with legal entities for breach of contract or other matters relating to tenants' payments

Van Salesman

Qualifications

• Diploma in any related course.

• Should be confident, self-motivated, able to call on and develop new customers, and promote our products to ensure maximum brand presence.

• 2-4 years of sales experience as a van salesman.

• Should have a smart appearance and speak English, Hindi, Malayalam, and some Arabic.

• Must be a good team member and understand the geographical areas.

• Understand the Bahrain market and its geographical areas.
