Estimation Engineer - MEP

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing tenders as per the tender specification and tender drawings
• Preparing cost sheet and BOQ & required material list
• Preparing the variation based on changes between tender design to IFC design & RFI
• Monitor the project expenses vs project budget
• Preparing the material submittals, shop drawings for consultant approval
• Preparing additional works variation cost / required materials quantity as per project specifications
• Coordinate with consultants and main contractors
• Review the tender drawing, preparing the query for tender clarification
• Coordinate with vendors / suppliers to collect more quotations for price comparison

HVAC Technician - Projects

Roles & Responsibilities

• HVAC – Technician Knowledge of VRF is must
• Knowledge in Chiller, Split Package
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating equipment in residences, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Understands and analyses relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams etc.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships

• Scope: field operations – all HVAC

Civil - Quantity Surveyor

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and the client
• Scrutinizing, maintenance, and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required

Supply Chain Executive 

• Overseeing and supervising all activities of the purchasing department
• Planning, identifying the materials and equipment required for the projects
• Reviewing the project requirements to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
• Sourcing and selecting suppliers for construction materials, machinery, and services
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
• Ensuring all the orders are processed and delivered on time
• Preparing reports, budgets and cost analyses
• 2+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Executive or in a similar position
• Bahraini Nationality only

Civil - QS

• تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة ومعدات التهوية وتكييف الهواء
• المسؤول عن تركيب وصيانة وصيانة معدات تكييف الهواء والتدفئة في المساكن والمباني التجارية والصناعية
• يفهم ويحلل الوثائق الفنية ذات الصلة مثل المخططات الكهربائية ومخططات السوائل ومخططات الأنابيب والمخططات النفسية وما إلى ذلك.
• تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء
