Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience.
Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers for business insights.
Drive client relationships using an omnichannel approach.

For over six decades, Chalhoub Group has been a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East. The Group operates more than 750 experiential retail stores and manages eight owned brands along with over 300 international luxury brands. We are looking for a Cashier to support sales responsibilities while upholding the Group’s high standards and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers entering establishments.
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
Resolve all customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy and adequate change.
Recommend and provide advice on a wide variety of products and services.
Answer customer questions and provide information on procedures or policies.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Act as a role model and consistently lead by example
Execute the Zimmermann “Shopping Experience” training program
Ensure client satisfaction and grow the client database
Monitor and analyze store sales to maximize revenue opportunities
Oversee stock management, operations, and CRM processes

🎓 Requirements
