📌 المهام والمسؤوليات

• ضمان التزام المتجر وطاقم العمل بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للحفاظ على معايير المتجر والشركة وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.

• دعم المتجر في تعظيم الإيرادات، زيادة المبيعات، وتحسين نسبة البيع لتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية، الموسمية، والسنوية.

• مساعدة المدير المساعد (AM) في السيطرة على خسائر المخزون وتقليل النفقات القابلة للتحكم بما يتماشى مع معايير الشركة.

🏬 Store Manager – Key Role in Optimizing Performance and Profitability

The purpose of this role is to ensure stores operate at an optimum level in terms of Team Management, Product, Service, and Organizational Policies & Procedures to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.

📌 Responsibilities

• Ensure store and staff meet KPIs and standard operating procedures to maintain store and company standards and achieve set targets.

• Support the store in maximizing revenue, driving sales, and increasing sell-through to meet monthly, seasonal, and annual objectives.

• Assist the Assistant Manager (AM) in controlling stock losses and reducing controllable expenses to meet company standards.

• Monitor sales performance/KPIs on a daily basis.

• Plan day-to-day tasks with the store team to achieve store targets.

• Ensure effective stock management and implement loss prevention measures to safeguard company assets.

Sales Associate

🎯 Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, ensuring personal and store targets are met.

📋 Responsibilities

• Achieve personal, store, and KPI targets to meet overall organizational objectives.

• Provide excellent customer service by following policies, offering product information, and maintaining a friendly and courteous attitude to build lasting customer relationships.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge regarding designs, trends, quality, and availability to deliver excellent service.

• Handle sending and receiving shipments, sorting merchandise, and stocking shelves, counters, racks, and tables.

• Complete operational administrative tasks as requested by management.
