General Manager – PEB & Steel Structural Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all PEB erection and steel structural projects from planning to execution
Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base in the steel construction sector
Ensure project efficiency, timely completion, quality standards, and cost control
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams and site engineers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Prepare and present business development strategies to senior management
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
10+ years of proven experience in PEB erection and steel structural projects
Strong track record in business development and securing new projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure

سجل قوي في تطوير الأعمال والحصول على مشاريع جديدة.
مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل والتفاوض.
القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وتحقيق النتائج تحت الضغط.
