2025 Data Centre Technician Intern

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot hardware issues in servers that are offline under the supervision of an AWS technician.

• Understand and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned trouble tickets.

• Assist AWS technicians during network troubleshooting activities.

• Replace media components (SSD/HDD) following AWS Data Tech guidance.

• Perform regular server hardware repairs such as replacing drives and motherboards under experienced technicians' supervision.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors working onsite.

Internship Details

Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours per week) for 12 consecutive weeks. The intern is required to report onsite daily. Intern schedules typically follow day shifts, Monday through Friday. A full-time Data Center Technician position may include day, evening, weekend shifts, and on-call rotations.
