1. Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• Generate new maintenance contracts and retrofit jobs.
• Possess thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in estimating, tendering and executing small-scale electrical projects and maintenance jobs.
• Ensure jobs are completed per the main contract plan or client agreement, coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Maintain existing maintenance contracts and retain customers.
• Monitor jobs closely and control costs.
• Plan and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on schedule.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors and the call centre for timely resolution of break-down calls.
• Train and develop technicians' and supervisors' skills.
• Update budget variance reports.
