About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to oversee inventory and supplies for our interior fit-out projects. This role is crucial to ensuring materials are handled, tracked, and delivered efficiently to meet project demands.

Details
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy
• Oversee safe and organized material storage, loading, and unloading processes
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications
• Document all transactions and update inventory management systems
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams for timely material delivery
• Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation of materials
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in storage areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus)

نبحث عن أمين مستودع موثوق به، دقيق في التفاصيل، للإشراف على المخزون واللوازم اللازمة لمشاريعنا للتجهيزات الداخلية. يُعدّ هذا الدور أساسيًا لضمان مناولة المواد وتتبعها وتسليمها بكفاءة لتلبية متطلبات المشروع.

التفاصيل
• الحفاظ على سجلات جرد دقيقة، بما في ذلك استلام المواد وتخزينها وإصدارها
• إجراء عمليات تدقيق منتظمة للمخزون لضمان الدقة
• الإشراف على عمليات تخزين المواد وتحميلها وتفريغها بشكل آمن ومنظم
• فحص المواد الواردة للتأكد من الجودة والامتثال للمواصفات
• توثيق جميع المعاملات وتحديث أنظمة إدارة المخزون
• التعاون مع مديري المشاريع ومشرفي الموقع وفرق المشتريات لتسليم المواد في الوقت المناسب
• المساعدة في تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية ونقل المواد
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة في مناطق التخزين

متطلبات

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (يعتبر التعليم الإضافي في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد ميزة إضافية)
• خبرة مثبتة كأمين متجر أو في دور مماثل، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في مجال البناء أو التصميم الداخلي
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية وحفظ السجلات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
• الكفاءة في برامج إدارة المخزون ومجموعة MS Office
