1. مدير مشروع تقني – Technical Project Manager

المسؤوليات والمهام:

• قيادة وإدارة مشاريع تطوير البرمجيات من التخطيط حتى التسليم مع ضمان توافقها مع أهداف العمل وإمكانيات التقنية.

• تقديم الخبرة التقنية في هندسة الحلول ومراجعات التصميم واتخاذ قرارات التكنولوجيا.

• التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لتحديد نطاق المشروع، المراحل الزمنية، توزيع الموارد، وخطط إدارة المخاطر.

• إدارة فعاليات Agile/Scrum مثل تخطيط السبرنت، الاجتماعات اليومية، ومراجعات الأداء لضمان إنتاجية الفريق.

• الإشراف على نشر وتحسين البنية التحتية السحابية على AWS و Azure أو البيئات الهجينة.

• ضمان تصميم قواعد البيانات بشكل قوي وفعال وقابل للتوسع باستخدام SQL و PostgreSQL.

• مراجعة وتوجيه تطوير التطبيقات باستخدام Node.js و Python للواجهة الخلفية وReact و JavaScript/TypeScript للواجهة الأمامية.

• إعداد وتقديم تقارير التقدم، تقييم المخاطر، وخطط الطريق التقنية للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة.

• تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر وضمان الجودة وأفضل الممارسات في تطوير وتسليم المشاريع.

المتطلبات والمهارات:

• خبرة 8–10 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات وإدارة المشاريع، مع خبرة قيادية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع تطوير برمجيات مخصصة ومعقدة في بيئات الشركات الكبيرة.

• خبرة قوية في هندسة البرمجيات وتصميم أنظمة قابلة للتوسع، آمنة، وسهلة الصيانة.

• معرفة عميقة بالبنية التحتية السحابية (AWS، Azure، و GCP اختياري) بما في ذلك النشر والمراقبة وتحسين التكاليف.

• مهارات قوية في SQL و PostgreSQL وفهم تصميم قواعد البيانات وتحسين الأداء.

• خبرة عملية في تطوير Full-Stack:

  • Backend: Node.js، Python

  • Frontend: React، JavaScript/TypeScript

• معرفة بممارسات DevOps، CI/CD، Docker، Kubernetes، وهندسة Microservices.

• مهارات إدارة مشاريع ممتازة (Agile، Scrum أو شهادة PMP مفضلة).

• مهارات تواصل، إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، وحل المشكلات بشكل استثنائي.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة في البيئات السحابية المتعددة أو الإعدادات الهجينة.

• الاطلاع على التكامل المؤسسي، APIs، وحلول Middleware.

• معرفة بأطر الأمان الحديثة ومعايير الامتثال.

• خبرة سابقة في قيادة فرق موزعة عبر مواقع جغرافية مختلفة.

• حاصل على بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في علوم الحاسوب أو الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.

About the Company:

The company seeks highly experienced technical and managerial professionals to support its projects and ensure delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions.

1. Technical Project Manager – مدير مشروع تقني

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

• Act as a technical authority in solution architecture, design reviews, and technology decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management plans.

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure team productivity.

• Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment and optimization across AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.

• Ensure robust database design, optimization, and scalability across SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Review and guide development work in Node.js, Python (backend) and React, JavaScript/TypeScript (frontend).

• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and technical roadmaps to stakeholders and senior management.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of experience in software development and project management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience managing complex custom software development projects in enterprise environments.

• Strong software architecture expertise to design scalable, secure, maintainable systems.

• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP optional).

• Proficiency in SQL & PostgreSQL, database design, and performance tuning.

• Hands-on full-stack development experience:

  • Backend: Node.js, Python

  • Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices.

• Excellent project management skills (Agile, Scrum, PMP preferred).

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure experience.

• Exposure to enterprise integration, APIs, middleware solutions.

• Familiarity with modern security frameworks and compliance standards.

• Experience leading distributed teams across geographies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering.
