المسؤوليات:

• تحديد وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة في قطاعات البناء والبنية التحتية.

• الترويج لمنتجات الشركة (بلوك خرساني، بلاط متشابك، خرسانة جاهزة، عناصر خرسانية مسبقة الصب، أنظمة الشد اللاحق، الرمال المغسولة، منتجات الكسارات).

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية واجتماعات مع العملاء لفهم متطلباتهم وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.

• إعداد وتقديم العروض والاقتراحات والعروض الفنية.

• متابعة العملاء وتحويل الفرص إلى طلبات ناجحة.

• الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للأنشطة البيعية والتواصل مع العملاء وردود فعل السوق.

• التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج واللوجستيات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب وتحقيق رضا العملاء.

• متابعة اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين واستراتيجيات التسعير.

نوع العمل: دوام كامل
الراتب: 250 – 350 دينار بحريني شهريًا

Job Title: Salesman

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

• Promote company products (concrete blocks, interlocking pavers, ready-mix concrete, precast concrete elements, post-tension systems, washed sand, crusher products).

• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.

• Follow up on sales leads and convert them into successful orders.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and market feedback.

• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD 250.000 – BD 350.000 per month

Safety Officer – مسؤول سلامة

الموقع: المنامة – البحرين

المتطلبات:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى.

• الحصول على NEBOSH International General Certificate (المستوى 3 أو أعلى) أو ما يعادلها.

• يفضل وجود شهادة NEBOSH Oil & Gas أو NEBOSH Process Safety Management.

• الأفضلية لمن يحمل اعتماد CSP – Certified Safety Professional و/أو عضوية مهنية في IOSH أو ASSE.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التكرير/البتروكيماويات/النفط والغاز أو الصناعات المشابهة.

• إجادة مهارات الكتابة والتحدث بطلاقة مع القدرة على العرض والتقديم.

• مهارات جيدة في التنظيم، التخطيط، والتحليل وحل المشكلات.

• القدرة على العمل باستقلالية ومتابعة التحقيقات بشكل ذاتي.

• إتقان استخدام برامج الحاسب (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة سارية.

Safety Officer

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Requirements:

• Minimum high school graduate.

• Must hold NEBOSH International General Certificate (Level 3 or higher) or equivalent.

• Preferably hold NEBOSH Oil & Gas or NEBOSH Process Safety Management.

• Preferably certified as CSP – Certified Safety Professional and/or corporate member of IOSH or ASSE.

• At least 3 years’ experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or related industries.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in investigations.

• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Must hold a valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD 400 – 500 per month
