تبحث الشركة عن مهندسي طاقة لدعم برامج الطاقة الخضراء وإزالة الكربون عبر إجراء تدقيقات للطاقة، المحاسبة الكربونية، ونشر أنظمة إدارة الطاقة. تتطلب الوظيفة سفرًا متكررًا لإجراء المسوحات الميدانية، التقييمات، والدعم الفني في أنظمة التكييف، المبردات، المضخات، الإضاءة، الطاقة المتجددة، وأنظمة المرافق. كما سيساهم المهندسون في إعداد تقارير الاستدامة وتوثيق المشاريع بما يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو هندسة الطاقة.

• خبرة من 1–2 سنة في تدقيق الطاقة، تشغيل المرافق/المعدات، أو مشاريع الاستدامة.

• معرفة بأسواق الكربون ومعايير تقارير ESG.

• خبرة في معاينة المعدات وجمع البيانات الميدانية ومقارنة أداء المرافق.

• الإلمام بالطاقة المتجددة (الألواح الشمسية، الأنظمة الهجينة) والتخزين يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• مهارات قوية في الكتابة الفنية وإعداد الوثائق.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• تصريح عمل أو إقامة سارية في البحرين.

• معرفة بمعايير هيئة الكهرباء والماء (EWA) ولوائح الطاقة الوطنية في البحرين.

• خبرة باستخدام أجهزة التدقيق مثل: محللات القدرة، مقاييس التدفق، أجهزة تسجيل البيانات، وأجهزة قياس شدة الإضاءة.

• فهم لانبعاثات النطاق 1 (المباشرة)، النطاق 2 (الطاقة المشتراة)، والنطاق 3 (سلسلة القيمة).

المسؤوليات:

• إجراء المسوحات والتقييمات الفنية لتدقيق الطاقة وتقييم البصمة الكربونية.

• حساب ورسم خرائط الانبعاثات (النطاق 1، 2، 3).

Energy Engineer – Manama

About the Company:
EcoSmart Energy System LLC is specialized in green energy solutions and decarbonization programs. The company delivers energy audits, carbon accounting, and Energy Management Systems (EMS) deployment across Bahrain.

Role Summary:
EcoSmart is hiring Energy Engineers to support green energy and decarbonization initiatives through energy audits, carbon accounting, and EMS deployment. The role involves frequent travel for site surveys, assessments, and technical support in HVAC, chillers, pumps, lighting, renewables, and utility systems. Engineers will also contribute to sustainability reporting and project documentation aligned with international standards.

Qualifications:

• B.E. / M.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.

• 1–2 years’ experience in energy audits, facility/equipment operations, or sustainability projects.

• Familiarity with carbon markets and ESG reporting standards.

• Experience in surveying equipment, collecting field-level data, and benchmarking facilities.

• Exposure to renewables (solar PV, hybrid systems) and energy storage is an advantage.

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Valid Bahrain work visa or residency permit.

• Understanding of EWA standards and Bahrain’s national energy regulations.

• Experience with audit instruments: power analyzers, flow meters, data loggers, lux meters.

• Knowledge of Scope 1 (direct emissions), Scope 2 (purchased energy), and Scope 3 (value chain emissions).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for energy audits and carbon footprint evaluations.

• Perform carbon footprinting and emissions mapping for Scopes 1, 2, and 3.

• Benchmark facility performance, recommend Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), and quantify savings.

• Prepare technical reports, sustainability documentation, and ECM proposals.

• Support EMS rollout, baseline modeling, and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and client onboarding.

Competencies:

• Strong analytical, technical writing, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Office 365.

• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites.

Salary: From BD 300.000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
