المسؤوليات والمهام:

• استقبال العملاء وتقديم المساعدة لهم مع ضمان خدمة عالية المستوى.

• فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم توصيات مخصصة للمنتجات.

• تحقيق الأهداف البيعية الفردية والمساهمة في أهداف المتجر العامة.

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء لتعزيز الولاء وإعادة الشراء.

• تقديم عروض توضيحية وعينات من المنتجات للعملاء.

• المساعدة في إدارة المخزون بما يشمل الجرد وإعادة التعبئة والإبلاغ عن النواقص.

• ضمان نظافة وتنظيم المتجر بما يتوافق مع معايير العلامة التجارية.

• الحفاظ على أجواء المتجر بشكل مناسب للعملاء.

• التأكد من أن عروض المنتجات جذابة ومتسقة مع معايير العلامة التجارية.

• تقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن الأداء البيعي.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (ويُفضل شهادة في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة).

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع التجزئة الفاخرة.

• إجادة اللغة العربية.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Job Description:

Requirements:
