IT Systems Support Engineer / Technician – Bahrain

الوصف الوظيفي:

• وظيفة مثالية لمهنيين طموحين في مجال هندسة نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

• مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

  • تركيب وتكوين وتشغيل خوادم الشبكة المعقدة، وأجهزة الكمبيوتر، وأنظمة أخرى مثل CCTV وأنظمة مراقبة المباني التي تشكل أنظمة المراقبة البحرية.

  • صيانة الأنظمة المستمرة وحل المشكلات عند ظهورها.

  • التحقق من صحة التثبيتات وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.

  • التعامل مع الأسئلة الاستقصائية مثل "لماذا؟"، "كيف؟"، و"ماذا لو؟" لتحسين أداء الأنظمة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة في تكوين ونشر خوادم الشبكة، التخزين، الشبكات (الأجهزة والبرمجيات ذات الصلة) وبنية دعم نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

• مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.

• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والالتزام بمعايير الأمان.

• يفضل خبرة في مشاريع تتطلب موافقات أمنية حكومية وفحوصات خلفية.

IT Systems Support Engineer / Technician – Bahrain

Role Description:

• Ideal role for a talented and ambitious IT Systems Engineering professional.

• Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of complex network servers, PCs, and other systems such as CCTV and building monitoring systems forming maritime surveillance systems.

  • Ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve issues.

  • Check and validate installations, and provide reports.

  • Apply inquisitive thinking ("Why?", "How?", "What if?") to improve system performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in configuration and deployment of networked servers, storage, networks (hardware and related software), and IT system support infrastructure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and follow security standards.

• Experience with projects requiring government security clearance and background checks is preferred.
