نبحث عن مدير مصنع متمرس وديناميكي للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المنامة – البحرين. سيكون مدير المصنع مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على جميع جوانب منشأة التصنيع لدينا، وضمان الأداء الأمثل والسلامة والكفاءة.

المسؤوليات:

• قيادة وإدارة العمليات اليومية للمصنع بما في ذلك السلامة، الإنتاج، الصيانة، والمستودعات واللوجستيات.

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين الإنتاجية وتقليل التكاليف وتعزيز الأداء العام للمصنع.

• ضمان الالتزام بجميع لوائح السلامة والمعايير البيئية.

• الإشراف على تخطيط الإنتاج وإدارة المخزون بالتعاون مع فرق سلسلة الإمداد.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، الهندسة الكيميائية أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل).

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في منصب قيادي داخل بيئة تصنيع.

• سجل مثبت في إدارة عمليات المصنع بنجاح وتحقيق تحسينات في الأداء.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily plant operations, including EHS, production & maintenance, and warehouse & logistics.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall plant performance.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.

• Oversee production planning and inventory management in collaboration with supply chain teams.

• Analyze key performance metrics and implement data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.

• Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective leadership, training, and performance management.

• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeep to maintain optimal operating conditions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant operations with company goals and objectives.

• Develop and manage budgets, including capital expenditure projects and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Drive innovation and foster a culture of operational excellence throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record of successfully managing plant operations and driving performance improvements.

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).

• Experience in production planning, process optimization, and inventory management.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and expense management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and manufacturing-related software systems.

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.

Main Objectives:

• Advise, guide, and support the Operations Division in enhancing performance across Terminal Services, Airside Operations, OCC & OTP, and FBO.

• Review and challenge current practices, address performance gaps, and introduce innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

• Enhance operational discipline, compliance, efficiency, and customer service to ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes.

Main Duties:

• Evaluate operational performance across terminal, airside, OCC & OTP, and FBO, addressing challenges and improving efficiency.

• Advise on strategic operational plans and ensure integration of all functions to optimize service and resource utilization.

• Oversee compliance reviews to ensure adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide expertise on performance frameworks (on-time performance, service standards, incident reporting, VIP/FBO metrics).

• Support leadership development, mentoring managers and supervisors, and fostering accountability.

• Advise on budgetary discipline and cost optimization while maintaining safety and service standards.

• Strengthen stakeholder collaboration with airlines, authorities, regulators, and VIP/FBO clients.

• Recommend and oversee operational improvements, best practices, and new technologies.

• Comply with company and airport health, safety, and security requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in airport/airline operations, including exposure to terminal services, airside operations, OCC, and FBO.

• Other Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of international aviation regulations, safety standards, and airport management practices.

  • Proven ability to turn around underperforming operations and drive organizational change.
