الموقع: أبو صيبع – البديع – البحرين

الراتب: 250 – 300 دينار بحريني شهريًا

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تخطيط وتصميم وتنفيذ عروض منتجات جذابة تعكس هوية العلامة التجارية وتزيد المبيعات.

• ضمان الحفاظ على معايير العرض والتنسيق داخل المتجر في جميع الأوقات.

• مراقبة مستويات المخزون والمساعدة في إعادة تعبئة المنتجات.

• مساعدة العملاء عبر تقديم خدمة مميزة ومعرفة بالمنتجات وتوصيات مناسبة.

• تحقيق الأهداف البيعية الفردية وأهداف المتجر وتعزيز تجربة تسوق إيجابية.

• التعاون مع الفريق في تنفيذ الأنشطة الترويجية والمواضيع الموسمية.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة في التنسيق البصري (Visual Merchandising) و/أو مبيعات التجزئة.

• إبداع قوي مع عين دقيقة للتفاصيل والجماليات.

• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية جيدة.

• القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل في بيئة مبيعات سريعة الوتيرة.

• المرونة في العمل خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والإجازات والمناوبات.

• شهادة ثانوية أو ما يعادلها (مطلوبة).

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التنسيق البصري (مطلوبة).

• القدرة على التنقل أو الاستعداد للانتقال مع باقة انتقال يوفرها صاحب العمل (مطلوبة).

Job Opening: Visual Merchandiser cum Sales Associate
Location: Abu Saiba – Budaiya – Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: BD 250 – BD 300 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement engaging product displays that reflect brand identity and boost sales.

• Ensure store layout and visual standards are maintained at all times.

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.

• Assist customers by providing excellent service, product knowledge, and recommendations.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while promoting a positive shopping experience.

• Collaborate with the team to execute promotional activities and seasonal themes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising and/or retail sales.

• Strong creativity with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

• Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experience (Required).

• Ability to commute or willingness to relocate with employer-provided relocation package (Required).

ملخص الوظيفة:
تبحث الشركة عن مطوّر Full Stack مبتدئ لديه معرفة قوية بتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة. يجب أن يكون المرشح قادرًا على العمل على كل من واجهات المستخدم (Front-End) والأنظمة الخلفية (Back-End)، بالإضافة إلى دمج أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي وسير العمل في التطبيقات العملية.

المسؤوليات:

• المساهمة في تصميم وتطوير تطبيقات الويب وواجهات البرمجة (APIs) والخصائص المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.

• كتابة كود نظيف، قابل لإعادة الاستخدام وفعّال على جانب العميل والخادم.

• التعاون مع المطورين والمصممين ومديري المنتجات لتنفيذ ميزات جديدة.

• دمج وصيانة نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو الوكلاء الذكيين أو سير العمل المؤتمت داخل التطبيقات.

• اكتشاف الأخطاء، إصلاحها، وتحسين أداء التطبيقات وقابليتها للتوسع.

• ضمان الالتزام بأفضل ممارسات الأمن وحماية البيانات.

• تطوير خصائص ويب وموبايل متجاوبة وسهلة الاستخدام.

• توثيق عمليات التطوير والمساهمة في تبادل المعرفة داخل الفريق.

• متابعة أحدث التقنيات مع التركيز على التطورات في الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة.

المتطلبات والمهارات:

• خبرة مثبتة كمطور Full Stack أو في دور مشابه.

• خبرة قوية في تقنيات الواجهة الأمامية: HTML، CSS، JavaScript، React أو Vue.js.

• مهارات قوية في الأنظمة الخلفية باستخدام PHP وقواعد البيانات (MySQL، PostgreSQL أو MongoDB).

• خبرة في WordPress ومعرفة بالمنصات السحابية (يفضل AWS).

• إلمام بواجهات RESTful APIs وتكامل الخدمات الخارجية.

• إجادة Git وأنظمة التحكم في الإصدارات.

• خبرة عملية أو شهادات في تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

• خبرة في سير عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي أو منصات الأتمتة (مثل n8n، LangChain، OpenAI APIs).

• فهم جيد لممارسات الأمان في تطوير الويب والتطبيقات.

• شخصية استباقية وفضولية، مع رغبة قوية في تطبيق حلول مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في المشاريع.
