الوصف الوظيفي والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف وكشوف الكميات وتحليل الأسعار لمشاريع البنية التحتية (طرق، صرف صحي، مرافق، إلخ).

• مراجعة مستندات العطاءات والرسومات والمواصفات لتحديد متطلبات المشروع.

• التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن للحصول على عروض تنافسية.

• إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية والتجارية ضمن المواعيد النهائية للعطاءات.

• العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري المشاريع وفرق التخطيط والمشتريات.

• الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات محدثة لتكاليف المواد والعمل والمعدات.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس / دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو مسح الكميات.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تقدير وتقديم العطاءات (ويفضل في البحرين أو دول الخليج).

• خبرة مثبتة في إجراءات مجلس المناقصات البحريني والعطاءات الحكومية.

• إجادة MS Excel وAutoCAD وبرامج التقدير (يفضل Candy / CCS).

• مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن مواعيد صارمة.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.

• Work closely with project managers, planning, and procurement teams.

• Maintain updated cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation (preferably in Bahrain/GCC).

• Proven experience in Bahrain Tender Board processes and government tenders.

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (Candy / CCS preferred).

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
