• مراجعة طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQs) ورسومات الهندسة (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) والمواصفات لفهم نطاق العمل والمواد والمعالجات المطلوبة.

• تحديد متطلبات التصنيع (قص، ثني، لحام، تشغيل، معالجة سطحية).

• حساب تكاليف المواد (سبائك الألمنيوم، المقاطع، الصفائح) وفق أسعار السوق وعوامل الهدر.

• تقدير ساعات العمل لعمليات التشغيل، اللحام، التجميع، والتشطيبات (الأنودة، الطلاء بالبودرة).

• إدخال تكاليف الأدوات، الخدمات الخارجية (مثل الطلاء المتخصص)، الخدمات اللوجستية، والمصاريف العامة.

• التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والإنتاج والمشتريات للتحقق من جدوى التنفيذ وخيارات التوريد.

• تقديم مقترحات لتحسينات التصميم لخفض التكاليف وزيادة الكفاءة الإنتاجية.

• إعداد عروض أسعار رسمية تتضمن التكاليف التفصيلية، مواعيد التسليم، الشروط والافتراضات.

• استخدام برامج ERP أو أنظمة التقدير (مثل ProEst أو FabTrol) لإعداد عروض دقيقة.

• تحديد عناصر المخاطر العالية (مثل التفاوتات الدقيقة، اللحامات المعقدة، الشهادات الخاصة) واقتراح حلول بديلة.

• الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات تاريخية لتحسين دقة التقديرات المستقبلية.

• متابعة المشاريع الممنوحة مقابل التقديرات السابقة للتطوير المستمر.

• متابعة اتجاهات السوق وتطورات تقنيات التصنيع وعلوم المواد.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• معرفة قوية بسبائك الألمنيوم (مثل 6061-T6، 7075)، وطرق التصنيع (CNC، لحام TIG، الثني)، والتشطيبات (الأنودة، الطلاء بالبودرة).

• خبرة باستخدام برامج CAD (مثل SolidWorks, AutoCAD) وأنظمة ERP.

• مهارات متقدمة في Excel (المعادلات، Pivot Tables) وكفاءة عالية في الحسابات.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Review client RFQs, engineering drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and specifications to understand scope, materials, tolerances, and finishes.

• Identify fabrication requirements (cutting, bending, welding, machining, surface treatment).

• Calculate material costs (aluminum alloys, extrusions, sheet metal) based on current market rates and waste factors.

• Estimate labor hours for machining, welding, assembly, and finishing (anodizing, powder coating).

• Incorporate costs for tooling, outsourcing (specialized coatings), logistics, and overhead.

• Liaise with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to validate manufacturability and sourcing options.

• Provide design-for-manufacture (DFM) recommendations to optimize costs and efficiency.

• Prepare formal proposals with itemized costs, lead times, terms, and assumptions.

• Use ERP/estimating software (e.g., ProEst, FabTrol) to generate accurate and consistent quotes.

• Flag high-risk elements (tight tolerances, complex welds, certifications) and propose contingencies.

• Maintain historical cost data for benchmarking and improvement.

• Track awarded projects vs. estimates to refine accuracy.

• Stay updated on market trends, fabrication technologies, and material advancements.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in metal fabrication, with aluminum-specific expertise.

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings (GD&T, weld symbols, surface finishes).

• Strong knowledge of aluminum alloys (e.g., 6061-T6, 7075), fabrication methods (CNC, TIG welding, bending), and finishes (anodizing, powder coating).

• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
