1. مهندس تقدير – Estimation Engineer (E&I)

المسؤوليات والمهام:

• تقدير تكاليف الكهرباء والآلات والإنشاءات بما يشمل العمالة، المواد، الموقع، المتطلبات الخاصة، النفقات العامة، التأمين، الضرائب والمقاولين الفرعيين.

• تحليل مستندات المناقصات وتقييم عروض الموردين والمقاولين الفرعيين.

• حضور الاجتماعات ودعم تقديم المناقصات.

• مساعدة فرق التقدير ومساحي الكميات ومتابعة الموردين والمقاولين الفرعيين.

• إعداد جداول تعديل المناقصات، وإعداد المؤهلات والافتراضات والاستثناءات.

• مقارنة تكاليف المواد والعمالة في جداول مقارنة الأسعار.

المجالات المتخصصة:

• مشاريع محطات الطاقة.

• مشاريع نقل الطاقة الكهربائية.

• مشاريع المحطات الفرعية.

• مشاريع كابلات الجهد العالي.

• محطات إنتاج المياه ومشاريع نقل المياه.

• مشاريع الكهرباء والأجهزة في النفط والغاز.

المتطلبات:

1. Estimation Engineer (E&I) – مهندس تقدير

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Estimate E&I costs including labor, materials, location, special requirements, overhead, insurance, taxes, and subcontractors.

• Analyze tender documents and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.

• Attend meetings and provide support for tender submissions.

• Assist estimators and quantity surveyors, and follow up with suppliers/subcontractors.

• Prepare tender adjustment schedules, qualifications, assumptions, and exclusions.

• Compare material and labor costs in price comparison sheets.

Specialized Domains:

• Power plant projects.

• Power transmission projects.

• Substation projects.

• High voltage cable projects.

• Water production and transmission projects.

• Oil & Gas electrical and instrumentation projects.

• Industrial contracting projects.

• 400 KV / 220 KV / 132 KV / 66 KV projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in electrical and industrial engineering.

• Cost estimation and tender analysis skills.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات الخارجية في سوق البحرين للمنتجات الاستهلاكية السريعة (FMCG).

• مهارات قوية في المبيعات، التفاوض، وإغلاق الصفقات.

• مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.

• الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية و/أو الهندية/الأردية ميزة إضافية).
