• التأكد من جاهزية الفريق وتوجيهه بتفاصيل العمل.

• ضمان توفر جميع المواد والمعدات اللازمة للدهان وتجهيزها مسبقاً.

• الإشراف على تجهيز الأسطح قبل الطلاء وفحص الجودة طوال اليوم.

• مراقبة التزام الفريق بمعايير السلامة واستخدام أدوات الوقاية والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات.

• إعداد التقارير اليومية وتسجيل جميع المعلومات المطلوبة.

• مساعدة الفريق في خلط ودمج الطلاءات.

• تقدير الوقت والمواد المطلوبة للمشروعات.

• الإلمام بالتقنيات الحديثة للطلاء وطرق قياس الجودة والاستهلاك لتحقيق أفضل النتائج.

• تحسين الإنتاجية وفقاً للمعايير في عمليات الرش اليدوي والآلي.

متطلبات المرشح

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة الطلاء.

• القدرة على قراءة رسومات CAD.

Role Summary

The Polishing Supervisor is responsible for supervising painters, communicating daily tasks, monitoring painting techniques, ensuring adherence to specifications, maintaining general safety, and overseeing cleanup.

Role Description

• Obtain daily work orders and ensure clear understanding of job requirements.

• Organize and set action plans to complete tasks, including verifying job location and equipment readiness.

• Verify adequate team availability and instruct painters on job details.

• Ensure all painting supplies, equipment, and PPE are obtained and ready.

• Oversee surface preparation before painting and inspect quality throughout the day.

• Monitor team’s compliance with safety guidelines and proper use of protective equipment, reporting any unsafe acts or equipment.

• Complete daily reports and ensure all information is logged.

• Assist workers in mixing and blending paints/stains.

• Estimate time and material requirements for assigned projects.

• Understand modern paint technologies and materials to measure quality, consumption, and ensure optimum savings.

• Optimize shift capacity in both manual and automatic spraying processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of painting industry experience.
