Santy Excavation and Construction Company is seeking a skilled Hiab Operator to join our team across various project sites in Bahrain. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating hydraulic crane trucks safely and efficiently, loading and unloading construction materials, and transporting equipment between project locations. Daily equipment checks and basic maintenance will be part of the role. Candidates must have a strong commitment to safety and precision, and should currently be available in Bahrain.

2. Rope Access Supervisor – مشرف وصول بالحبال

A well-reputed company in Bahrain urgently seeks a Rope Access Supervisor with a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager on work scope, schedule, progress, and documentation. The supervisor will manage rope access teams, ensure safety and efficiency, mentor trainees, and ensure compliance with company, IRATA, and WorksafeBC standards. Candidates must be currently in Bahrain. Salary is negotiable and duty hours are 8 hours per day, 26 days per month.

We are hiring experienced Tissue Paper Converting Machine Operators (not for paper manufacturing). Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in tissue paper converting and preferably GCC experience. Fluency in English is required, and an employment visa is available for expats. Operators should be skilled in operating machines such as Tissue Paper Folding Machine, Automatic Log Saw, Soft Tissue Packing Machine, Automatic Box Sealer, Maxi Roll Wrapping Machine, and Toilet Roll Line.
