• زيارة المواقع والاجتماعات مع العملاء لفهم متطلبات المشاريع وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.

• إعداد وتقديم العروض والأسعار والعروض الفنية للعملاء.

• متابعة العملاء وتحويل الفرص إلى طلبات ناجحة.

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأنشطة البيعية والتواصل مع العملاء وردود السوق.

الغرض من الوظيفة:

ضمان تشغيل المتاجر على المستوى الأمثل من حيث إدارة الفريق، المنتج، الخدمة، والسياسات والإجراءات التنظيمية، بهدف تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة وتحسين الربحية.

المسؤوليات:

• التأكد من التزام المتجر وموظفيه بمعايير العمل وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والمحافظة على معايير الشركة.

• دعم المتجر في زيادة الإيرادات، تعزيز المبيعات، وزيادة نسبة البيع لتلبية الأهداف الشهرية والموسمية والسنوية.

• مساعدة المدير الإقليمي في التحكم بخسائر المخزون وتقليل المصروفات القابلة للتحكم لتحقيق معايير الشركة.

• متابعة أداء المبيعات وKPIs يوميًا.

• تخطيط المهام اليومية مع فريق المتجر لتحقيق أهداف المتجر.

• ضمان إدارة المخزون بشكل فعال وتطبيق إجراءات منع الخسائر لحماية أصول الشركة.

• الالتزام بالإجراءات المالية بما في ذلك الودائع، المصرفية اليومية، وتسليم النقدية.

Store Manager

Location: Capital Governorate – Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

Ensure that stores operate at an optimum level in terms of Team Management, Product, Service, and Organizational Policies & Procedures to achieve set sales targets and improve profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure store and staff compliance with KPIs and standard operating procedures to maintain company standards and achieve targets.

• Support the store in maximizing revenue, driving sales, and increasing sell-through to meet monthly, seasonal, and annual objectives.

• Assist the Area Manager in controlling stock losses and reducing controllable expenses.

• Monitor sales performance/KPIs daily.

• Plan day-to-day tasks with store teams to achieve store targets.

• Ensure effective stock management and implement loss prevention measures.

• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to financial procedures including deposits, daily banking, and cash handovers.

• Facilitate and lead store staff development to ensure a motivated, engaged, and knowledgeable workforce.

• Deliver regular training to store teams including customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, KPIs, policies, and procedures.

• Identify, train, and develop team members for managerial succession.

• Conduct HR-related tasks such as appraisals, disciplinary investigations, and issuing warnings in coordination with the Area Manager and HR.
