Key Responsibilities
-
Supervise and execute civil construction works in line with approved drawings and specifications.
-
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project delivery.
-
Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight risks or delays.
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and local authority regulations.
-
Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.
-
Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and procurement.
MEP Draftsman

دراسة رسومات IFC ومواصفات المشروع وإعداد رسومات الورش للموافقة عليها من قبل الاستشاريين.

إعداد مخطط المبنى وتخطيط المعدات، وأنظمة الإضاءة، والطاقة، وإنذار الحريق، وأنظمة UPS وأنظمة ELV.
-
إعداد رسومات الورش، والقطاعات، والارتفاعات، ورسومات تفاصيل التركيب لصواني الكابلات وغيرها من خدمات التركيب الكهربائية.

إعداد الرسومات النهائية (As-Built) وكتيبات التشغيل والصيانة (O&M) لجميع خدمات الميكانيك والكهرباء والسباكة عند إتمام المشروع.

المعرفة الكاملة بلوائح هيئة الكهرباء والماء في البحرين (EWA) وتضمينها في الرسومات.
-
تصميم صواني الكابلات وأحجام الكابلات عن طريق حساب هبوط الجهد والجدولة.
-
إعداد رسومات الورش للأنظمة ذات الجهد المنخفض (LV) والجهد العالي (HV) والحصول على موافقة الاستشاري.
-
إعداد رسومات الورش لأنظمة التكييف، وأنظمة مكافحة الحريق، وأنظمة المياه المبردة، وأنظمة السباكة.
-
المساعدة في مراجعة وتدقيق وحفظ جميع الوثائق الفنية، بما في ذلك إعداد جدول المواد (Bill of Material).

مسؤولية الحصول على موافقة رسومات الورش بالتنسيق مع المهندسين والمديرين.
-

Roles and Responsibilities
-
Prepare shop drawings as per project specifications.
-
Study IFC drawings and project specifications and prepare shop drawings accordingly for consultant approval.
-
Prepare building plans and equipment layouts, including lighting, power, fire alarm systems, UPS, and ELV systems.
-
Prepare shop drawings, sections, elevation drawings, and installation details for cable trays and other electrical installation services.
-
Prepare as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for all necessary MEP services upon project completion.
-
Full knowledge of Bahrain Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) regulations to incorporate into drawings.
-
Design cable trays and cable sizes by calculating voltage drops and tabulation.
-
Prepare shop drawings for LV and HV systems and obtain consultant approval.
-
Prepare shop drawings for HVAC systems, firefighting systems, chilled water systems, and plumbing systems.
-
Assist in checking, revising, and filing all technical documentation, including preparing the Bill of Materials.
-
Responsible for obtaining shop drawing approvals in coordination with engineers and managers.
-
Prepare MEP service designs as instructed by engineers.
