Job Description:
We are looking for an International Sales Manager to identify and onboard distributors, importers, and wholesale partners in assigned international markets, and develop market entry and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard distributors, importers, and wholesale partners in assigned international markets.

• Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies.

• Build long-term relationships with channel partners to drive consistent sales.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on market performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in international sales, preferably in FMCG / household / detergent / soap products.

• Strong network and ability to connect with distributors and importers.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and deliver results.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• مراجعة وثائق العناية الواجبة للعملاء واعتماد السجلات وفق سياسة وإجراءات AML/CFT الخاصة بالشركة.

• المساعدة في تنفيذ اختبارات جودة الامتثال لمكافحة غسل الأموال، تقييم العيوب في العمليات، تحليل تدابير الرقابة، تحسين قدرات التقارير، وتقديم التوصيات للإجراءات التصحيحية للـ MLRO أو رئيس قسم الامتثال.

• متابعة أحدث تطورات مشهد مكافحة غسل الأموال لتقييم وتحديد المخاطر الناشئة وتقديم توصيات لتعزيز البرامج.

• التعرف على الأنشطة غير العادية أو الحالات التي لا تتوافق مع الإرشادات الداخلية أو اللوائح أو قوانين مكافحة غسل الأموال في البحرين، وتصعيدها عند الحاجة.

• دعم رئيس قسم الامتثال في تنفيذ برنامج الامتثال المعتمد من مجلس الإدارة لضمان التزام الشركة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والإجراءات الداخلية.

• إبراز أي مخاوف تتعلق بعدم الامتثال أو الحاجة إلى تحسينات للإدارة.

• متابعة معاملات العملاء يوميًا وإجراء العناية الواجبة المعززة على التنبيهات الداخلية، وتقديم التقارير للـ MLRO/DMLRO.

• المساعدة في إعداد التقارير السنوية المتعلقة بالامتثال بالتعاون مع رئيس قسم الامتثال وMLRO.

• Job Title: AML Analyst

• Location: Capital Governorate, Bahrain

• Employment Type: Full-time – Permanent

• Experience Required: 1–2 years

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review client due diligence documentation and approve records according to company AML/CFT policies.

• Assist in AML compliance quality testing, evaluate process deficiencies, analyze control measures, enhance reporting, and recommend corrective actions to the MLRO/Head of Compliance.

• Stay updated on the latest AML developments to identify emerging risks and recommend program enhancements.

• Identify and escalate unusual activities or cases that do not meet internal guidelines, regulations, or AML laws.

• Support the Head of Compliance in implementing the board-approved compliance program to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.

• Highlight any non-compliance concerns or improvement needs to management.

• Conduct daily transaction monitoring and enhanced due diligence on internal alerts, providing reports to MLRO/DMLRO.

• Assist in preparing annual compliance reports with the Head of Compliance and MLRO.
