Quality Control / Assurance Inspector

الموقع: هِد، البحرين
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل

الوصف الوظيفي:

• التخطيط والتنسيق وإدارة برنامج مراقبة الجودة لضمان إنتاج منتجات متسقة مع المعايير المحددة.

• تطوير وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية ومواصفات المنتجات لتحديد المعايير الحالية وتحديد توقعات الجودة والموثوقية للمنتج النهائي.

• صياغة وصيانة أهداف مراقبة الجودة وتنسيقها مع إجراءات الإنتاج بالتعاون مع مديري المصنع الآخرين لتعظيم موثوقية المنتج وتقليل التكاليف.

• الإشراف على الموظفين المشاركين في أنشطة التفتيش والاختبار لضمان الرقابة المستمرة على المواد والمرافق والمنتجات.

• تنظيم وترويج أنشطة التدريب المتعلقة بجودة المنتج وموثوقيته.

• التحقيق ومعالجة شكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بالجودة.

• الموافقة على المواد الواردة عن طريق التأكد من المطابقة للمواصفات، وإجراء الاختبارات البصرية والقياسية، ورفض المواد غير المقبولة.

• الموافقة على الإنتاج الجاري عن طريق التأكد من المواصفات، وإجراء الاختبارات البصرية والقياسية، وإبلاغ مشرف الإنتاج بالتعديلات المطلوبة.

• الموافقة على المنتجات النهائية عن طريق التأكد من المطابقة للمواصفات، وإجراء الاختبارات البصرية والقياسية، وإعادة المنتجات لإعادة العمل عند الحاجة.

• توثيق نتائج التفتيش من خلال استكمال التقارير والسجلات، وتلخيص عمليات إعادة العمل والهدر، وإدخال البيانات في قاعدة بيانات الجودة.

• الحفاظ على تشغيل معدات القياس وفق تعليمات التشغيل.

• الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية من خلال اتباع المعايير والإجراءات والالتزام باللوائح القانونية.

• خبرة سنة واحدة على الأقل في مجال مراقبة الجودة (يفضل).

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control programs to ensure consistent production.

• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish expected quality and reliability of finished products.

• Formulate and maintain quality objectives, coordinating with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

• Supervise personnel engaged in inspection and testing activities.

• Organize and promote training activities related to product quality and reliability.

• Investigate and address customer complaints regarding quality.

• Approve incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products by conducting visual and measurement tests.

• Document inspection results, summarize re-work and waste, and input data into quality databases.

• Maintain measurement equipment and ensure safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control (preferred).

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية أو الأدب الإنجليزي.
