Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP projects and a solid understanding of FIDIC contract conditions.
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for MEP projects.

Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and packages.
-
Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports.
-
Assess and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions (particularly FIDIC).
-
Assist in the preparation of contractual claims and dispute resolution.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial efficiency.

Conduct site visits and verify the physical progress of works for valuation purposes.
