المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد وتشغيل أجهزة CNC، ومعدات التفريز والمخارط لإنتاج قطع دقيقة وفق المواصفات.

• كتابة وتعديل وتحسين برامج G-code لأجهزة CNC بناءً على الرسومات والموديلات التقنية.

• اختيار الأدوات والسرعات ومعدلات التغذية المناسبة لكل مادة ومواصفات القطعة.

• فحص القطع النهائية لضمان دقة الأبعاد وجودة السطح باستخدام أدوات قياس دقيقة.

• حل المشكلات أثناء عمليات التشغيل، مثل تآكل الأدوات أو مشاكل المعدات.

• إجراء الصيانة الروتينية للمعدات والإبلاغ عن الأعطال للفريق الفني.

• الالتزام التام بإجراءات السلامة وارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية.

• حفظ سجلات دقيقة لعمليات التشغيل بما في ذلك إعدادات الأجهزة واستخدام الأدوات والإنتاج.

• التعاون مع المهندسين والمشرفين لضمان سير العمليات بكفاءة.

• المشاركة في مبادرات تحسين العمليات وزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل الهدر.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة أو تدريب تقني في تشغيل الماكينات أو CNC.

• خبرة عملية مع مجموعة متنوعة من المواد، بما في ذلك المعادن والبلاستيك والمواد المركبة.

• Perform thorough mold cleaning to remove residues or contaminants.
