Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer
• 3 Years experience in Construction

3. Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Manama

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in quantity take-offs, billing and estimation.
• Sound knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, specifications and contract documents.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced), MS Word.
• Working knowledge of estimation software like Planswift, Bluebeam or Candy (preferred)
• Proficiency in ERP or project management tolls (e.g Primavera, SAP, Microsoft Projects is a plus)
• Familiarity with local construction standards, method and measurement codes (POMI, CESMM, etc)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Exposure to value engineering and tendering process
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مسح الكميات
• -خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مماثل.
• خبرة مثبتة في تحديد الكميات والفاتورة والتقدير.
• معرفة جيدة برسومات البناء وجداول الكميات والمواصفات ووثائق العقد.
• إتقان ممتاز لبرنامج AutoCAD، وMS Excel (المتقدم)، وMS Word.
