General Information

The jeel ICT Program at stc Bahrain is designed to provide immersive exposure and hands-on experience across various strategic areas within the company’s business value chain. The program will run across the following business units:

• Core Services

• Emerging Services

• FinTech

• Technology

• Support Functions

Development Opportunities

Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of the functional and operational aspects of their assigned business units, with a strong focus on technology-driven areas.

Training Scope & Learning Outcomes

Throughout the program, participants will:

• Engage in the strategic planning and execution processes within their departments

• Analyze existing systems and processes, suggesting ideas for improvement

• Research industry best practices related to the function and contribute to new initiatives

• Represent their departments in meetings and help with operational follow-up

• Prepare and present reports on daily operational activities to stakeholders

• Support key business priorities and initiatives

• Complete a minimum of two projects under the mentorship of an assigned guide

• Participate in additional tasks as required throughout the program

• إجراء أبحاث حول أفضل الممارسات العالمية والمساهمة في صياغة المبادرات

• تمثيل الإدارة في الاجتماعات والمتابعة للمهام التشغيلية

• إعداد تقارير حول العمليات اليومية وتقديمها لأصحاب المصلحة

• دعم أولويات العمل والمبادرات الرئيسية

• تنفيذ ما لا يقل عن مشروعين تحت إشراف مباشر من مرشد أو مشرف مختص

• أداء مهام أخرى يتم تكليفهم بها خلال فترة البرنامج

Manager ICT Cybersecurity Services

Job Specifications

Strategic Contribution

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the Business Products & Solutions department’s strategy to support stc Bahrain’s growth in the business sector.

• Develop and lead the execution of stc BH's Cybersecurity strategic plans.

• Ensure all departmental activities align with stc Bahrain’s business goals and performance KPIs.

• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of Cybersecurity Services business plans and annual budgets in alignment with company objectives.

• Monitor expenditures against the approved budget and investigate any variances to maintain effective cost control.

Cybersecurity – Business Products & Solutions

• Lead and supervise the Cybersecurity services portfolio, revenue generation, and profitability to ensure alignment with business needs and sales targets.

• Expand the Cybersecurity portfolio with new products and features to grow the business customer base.

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Lead the development of a strategic Cybersecurity roadmap, including identifying potential partnerships.

• Drive the implementation of Cybersecurity products and bundled services in line with stc BH’s overall strategy.

• Oversee the Security Operating Centre (SOC) to ensure SLA and quality adherence.

• Manage commercial launches of Cybersecurity services in coordination with technical, commercial, and regulatory teams.

• Lead promotional activities to maximize sales and revenue from Cybersecurity offerings.

• Approve BTL (Below-The-Line) Cybersecurity offers created by CVM & Analytics teams.

• Define product requirements and ensure accurate transfer of technical and functional analysis to sales and technical teams.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay informed of technological and business changes affecting Cybersecurity.

• Develop plans to streamline the customer journey, improve satisfaction, and collect feedback.

• Set service quality benchmarks, procedures, and SLA standards and ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

الأمن السيبراني – المنتجات والحلول التجارية

• الإشراف على محفظة خدمات الأمن السيبراني، وزيادة الإيرادات وضمان الربحية، بما يحقق الأهداف التجارية للشركة.

• توسيع محفظة الخدمات بإضافة منتجات ومزايا جديدة لجذب المزيد من العملاء من قطاع الأعمال.

• تحليل السوق واحتياجات العملاء ومراجعة عروض المنافسين لتحديد فرص النمو وتفادي التهديدات.

• قيادة تطوير خارطة طريق استراتيجية لخدمات الأمن السيبراني، وتحديد فرص الشراكات المحتملة.

• تنفيذ خطط إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة والخدمات المجمّعة وفق استراتيجية stc BH.

• الإشراف على مركز العمليات الأمنية (SOC) والتأكد من الالتزام باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA) والمعايير المطلوبة.

• قيادة إطلاق الخدمات تجاريًا بالتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والتجارية والتنظيمية.

• إدارة الحملات الترويجية لزيادة المبيعات والإيرادات.

• الموافقة على العروض BTL (المباشرة) التي تقدمها فرق CVM وAnalytics.

• تحديد متطلبات المنتجات وضمان نقل التحليل الفني والوظيفي للفرق ذات الصلة.

• التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى للبقاء على اطلاع بالتغييرات التكنولوجية والتشغيلية التي تؤثر على الأمن السيبراني.

• وضع خطط لتحسين تجربة العميل وتطوير آليات استبيان وقياس الرضا.

• تحديد معايير جودة الخدمة والإجراءات والاتفاقيات وضمان الالتزام بها.

المؤهلات والخبرة

المتطلبات الأساسية:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة أو تقنية المعلومات أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

المفضل:

• درجة الماجستير في أحد المجالات السابقة.
