Adoption & Change Management Projects: Deliver ACM services focused on end-user engagement during transformation and adoption initiatives around Microsoft 365 and Copilot. Develop and execute creative communication and training plans to drive user adoption.

End-user Engagement: Design and lead activities that increase user involvement and maximize usage of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

Client Relationships: Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and representing the voice of the user.

Service Development: Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of professional services and consulting offerings related to Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including at C-level, to ensure alignment and project success.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering service design, delivery processes, and best practices.

Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Copilot technologies and actively share knowledge across the team and community.

🎯 Job Requirements:

Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office 365. Experience with Copilot for M365 is highly desirable, especially for Copilot-related projects.

Copilot for Microsoft 365: Practical experience with Copilot features and their adoption within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Adoption & Change Management: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) supporting and managing organizational change linked to new technology implementations.
