Requirements

Person Specification:

•  Registered Nurse in the Kingdom of Bahrain
•  Master’s degree in nursing or other health care specialisation
•  Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
•  A keen interest in teaching and interacting with undergraduate students
•  A recognised teaching qualification in health care is desirable

Experience:

•  5 years of clinical experience
•  Experience of teaching clinical skills to student nurses in simulation and clinical laboratory environments
•  Experience of teaching and mentoring student nurses in clinical practice environments
•  Experience using E-learning/VLE systems would be desirable
•  Experience of teaching and assessing students in an academic environment is desirable

•  اهتمام كبير بالتدريس والتفاعل مع طلاب البكالوريوس

خبرة:

•  5 سنوات من الخبرة السريرية
•  خبرة في تدريس المهارات السريرية لطلاب التمريض في بيئات المحاكاة والمختبرات السريرية
•  خبرة في التدريس والتوجيه للممرضات الطالبات في بيئات الممارسة السريرية
•  ستكون الخبرة في استخدام أنظمة التعلم الإلكتروني/بيئة التعلم الافتراضية مرغوبة
