Requirements:

• A top performer with 5+ years experience hunting and closing net new logos in the Eastern Europe Countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Syria, Yemen)
• Experienced with creatively sourcing companies outside of your CRM
• Able to strategically map out and break into accounts
• Relevant sales experience preferably in the API space or an Enterprise SaaS organization
• Experience selling developer and/or technical products a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
• Proven negotiation and closing skills, as demonstrated by regularly exceeding sales targets while selling right-fit customers.
• Strong track record of navigating organizations
• Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
• Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
• Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
• Speaks native/ fluent Arabic and English 

2. Technical Support Manager

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience operating in technical support
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a leader within a technical support team
• Previous experience working on the Postman platform and a strong understanding of our wider features
• A strong understanding of APIs and how they work
• Proven experience impacting and effecting a product roadmap according to customer feedback

• خبرة في الاستعانة بشركات مبتكرة خارج نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء الخاص بك
• القدرة على رسم الخرائط الاستراتيجية وتقسيم الحسابات
• خبرة مبيعات ذات صلة ويفضل أن تكون في مجال واجهة برمجة التطبيقات أو مؤسسة SaaS
• تعتبر الخبرة في بيع المنتجات للمطورين و/أو المنتجات التقنية ميزة إضافية قوية
