Required jobs in Pace Company and their details:

Resident Engineer 

 Required Experience 

• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in mixed-use development or construction projects including multi-storey residential buildings in framed structure design and construction having worked with engineering and/or project management consultancy in the Middle East and other locations.
• Knowledge and experience of inspection procedures to achieve construction quality control.
• Knowledge and experience of contract administration, time and cost control.
• Knowledge and experience of construction methods, specifications, codes and experience in leading diverse teams.
• Experience in working in the confines of local laws and regulations including HSSE regulations and standards. 

 Education 

• Minimum qualification of degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• A postgraduate degree of the same and/or registration as licensed/chartered Engineer or Architect from recognized professional body is an advantage.

 Certifications & Memberships 

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SSE) Membership or any local engineer's society membership, i.e. CRPEP (for Bahrain).
• Additional training courses, professional and personal development with membership to professional groups, societies or institutes, desired.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Cost Control (e.g., CCP) is highly desirable.

 Essential Skills 

• Proven strong leadership skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Can establish and develop client and stakeholder relationships. 
• Results driven and detail-oriented. 
• Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate diverse teams. 
• Experience and knowledge in working with local laws and regulations. 
• Knowledge of related latest software.
• Highly organised, to plan and coordinate work to achieve project targets and milestones. 
• Fluent proficiency in English language. Must be bilingual (Arabic and English).

مهندس مقيم 

 الخبرة المطلوبة 

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في مشاريع التطوير أو البناء متعددة الاستخدامات بما في ذلك المباني السكنية متعددة الطوابق في تصميم وبناء الهياكل الإطارية بعد العمل مع الاستشارات الهندسية و / أو إدارة المشاريع في الشرق الأوسط ومواقع أخرى.
• المعرفة والخبرة في إجراءات التفتيش لتحقيق مراقبة جودة البناء.
• المعرفة والخبرة في إدارة العقود والتحكم في الوقت والتكلفة.
• المعرفة والخبرة في أساليب البناء والمواصفات والرموز والخبرة في قيادة الفرق المتنوعة.
• خبرة في العمل ضمن حدود القوانين واللوائح المحلية بما في ذلك لوائح ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. 

 تعليم 

• الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات هو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية.
• تعتبر درجة الدراسات العليا من نفس الدرجة و/أو التسجيل كمهندس مرخص/معتمد أو مهندس معماري من هيئة مهنية معترف بها ميزة.

 الشهادات والعضويات 

• عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SSE) أو أي عضوية في جمعية المهندسين المحلية، على سبيل المثال CRPEP (للبحرين).
• دورات تدريبية إضافية، وتطوير مهني وشخصي مع العضوية في مجموعات أو جمعيات أو معاهد مهنية، حسب الرغبة.
• تعتبر الشهادة في إدارة المشاريع (على سبيل المثال، PMP) أو مراقبة التكاليف (على سبيل المثال، CCP) مرغوبة للغاية.

 المهارات الأساسية 

• مهارات قيادية قوية مثبتة. 
• مهارات التواصل ممتازة، سواء شفهيا أو كتابيا. 
• القدرة على إنشاء وتطوير العلاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة. 
• موجه نحو النتائج ومهتم بالتفاصيل. 
• القدرة المؤكدة على قيادة وإدارة وتحفيز الفرق المتنوعة. 
• الخبرة والمعرفة في العمل بالقوانين والأنظمة المحلية. 
• معرفة أحدث البرامج ذات الصلة.
• منظم للغاية، للتخطيط وتنسيق العمل لتحقيق أهداف المشروع ومعالمه. 
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة. يشترط أن يكون المتقدم ثنائي اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية).
