Main Responsibilities

• Identifies new markets & business opportunities by evaluating the customers’ position, researching and analyzing sales options.
• Visit potential customers for new business by organizing a formal visit schedule and then after, a sales visit schedule with the customers.
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to the sales manager.
• Provide customers with quotation and negotiate the terms & conditions of an agreement clearly (both cash & credit sales) and close sales strictly as per the terms & conditions.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing cordial relationships with the customers’.
• Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Attending telephone calls round the clock, to ensure better services to the customers.
• Handling customers complaint & resolve them with the help of sales & Production manager.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ability to achieve the target within the specified time.
• Review of their own sales performance and report to the manager.
• Compliance with the company’s internal policies, code of conduct, safety and security rules & regulations and environmental aspects as per the IMS standards.
• Usage of PPE within the given span of time in a proper manner.
• Support 5S standards routinely by maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
