•  متابعة وتسجيل تحصيلات البنوك ومتابعة تحصيلات التصدير 
•  إعداد مستندات الاعتماد المستندي للتصدير 
•  مطابقة حسابات العملاء والحفاظ على تقرير أعمار العملاء 
•  حساب أعمار مستحقات القبض مقابل ميزان المراجعة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للتباينات 
•  إعداد مذكرات الخصم / الائتمان للعملاء 8. متابعة أرقام الإيصالات الرسمية المفقودة 
•  إنشاء حساب عميل جديد على نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) 
•  إنشاء كشف حساب شهري للعملاء وتوزيعه على قسم المبيعات
