1. Marketing Executive  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage

2. Real Estate Sales Agent (Arabic Speaker)  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3. Property Manager (Bahraini National – RERA Licensed)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

1.  مسؤول التسويق  

متطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التسويق، ويفضل في قطاع العقارات
• فهم قوي لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي (إنستغرام، لينكدإن، فيسبوك، إلخ.)
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي (اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة، واللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية)
• تعتبر الكفاءة في Canva أو Adobe Creative Suite أو أدوات التصميم الأخرى ميزة إضافية
• يفضل معرفة إعلانات Google وأدوات التحليلات الرقمية
• استباقي، ومهتم بالتفاصيل، وقادر على إدارة مشاريع متعددة

2.  وكيل مبيعات العقارات (متحدث باللغة العربية)  

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات، ويفضل في مجال العقارات، مع سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين.
• مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء وبناء العلاقات.
• ذات دافع ذاتي، وموجه نحو الهدف، وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل.
• إن معرفة سوق العقارات المحلي يعد ميزة إضافية.
• القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة والعمل تحت الضغط في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
• كفاءة في استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

3.  مدير عقارات (مواطن بحريني - مرخص من مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري) 

متطلبات:

• -الجنسية البحرينية (إلزامية).
• رخصة RERA صالحة لإدارة العقارات (إلزامية).
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في إدارة العقارات أو المرافق.
• يفضل أن تكون لديك خلفية تقنية أو مؤهل في مجال العقارات أو المرافق أو الهندسة.
• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• - مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• تعتبر الكفاءة في استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة العقارات ميزة إضافية.
