Personal qualities

• The ideal candidate for the Setter Out role has the following skills, personal qualities, and experiences:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years similar experience of setting out and performing detailed shop drawings in a shop-fitting or joinery manufacturing company
• Suitable experience in all aspects of joinery setting out from site survey, preparation of manufacturing shop drawings, through to material take-off and ordering, preparation of site working drawings
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common shop-fitting materials including timber, boards, laminates, metal, hardware and acrylics are vital
• Well-versed in Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment
• Capability to do 3D drawings is an added advantage

2. Design & Technical Manager - FF&E and Joinery

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of ten to fifteen years in a manufacturing setup
• Suitable qualification either from an interiors background, technical or similar discipline 
• Joinery Expertise: Track record in joinery setting out detailing, planning, influencing, site execution strategy, shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs
• Materials Knowledge: Familiarity with common joinery and interior materials, surfaces etc (timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, special surfaces, transitions etc)
• Technical Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills related to materials integration (glass, acrylics, stone, metals, fabrics)
• Software Proficiency: Well-versed in Autodesk products and Microsoft Office applications, progressive and be a catalyst in adoption of digitization, 3D software capabilities
• Industry Standards: Familiarity with FSC, LEED requirements, and FR standards
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for successful collaboration in a multinational environment
• Innovation leader: Capable of being strategic and identifying strengths and weaknesses and adopting strategies for continuous improvement

• المرشح المثالي لدور Setter Out لديه المهارات والصفات الشخصية والخبرات التالية:
• خبرة مماثلة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في إعداد وتنفيذ الرسومات التفصيلية للمحلات التجارية في شركة تصنيع تجهيزات المتاجر أو النجارة
• خبرة مناسبة في جميع جوانب أعمال النجارة بدءًا من مسح الموقع وإعداد الرسومات التنفيذية للتصنيع وحتى أخذ المواد وطلبها وإعداد الرسومات التنفيذية للموقع
• المعرفة السليمة بإجراءات التصنيع ومواد التجهيز الشائعة في المتاجر بما في ذلك الأخشاب والألواح والصفائح والمعادن والأجهزة والأكريليك أمر حيوي

• معرفة المواد: الإلمام بمواد النجارة والديكور الداخلي الشائعة والأسطح وما إلى ذلك (الأخشاب والألواح والقشرة والصفائح والأدوات والأسطح الخاصة والانتقالات وما إلى ذلك)
• البراعة التقنية: مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات المتعلقة بتكامل المواد (الزجاج، الأكريليك، الحجر، المعادن، الأقمشة)
