Role Overview

The Purchasing & Inventory Controller will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, managing purchasing operations, and overseeing inventory control across all outlets. Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain a list of approved suppliers with competitive pricing and quality.

• Ensure purchases comply with company SOPs and approved supplier lists.
