• Proven track record of research excellence, with publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.

Education & Certifications:

• Ph.D. degree in Human Resource Management (Talent Planning & Recruitment) or a related field at the time of appointment.
• Ideally, the Ph.D. should be from a nationally or internationally accredited university, preferably AACSB accredited.
• Membership of an HR professional body is desirable.
• Experience:
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience in Human Resource Management or related fields at undergraduate or graduate levels.
• Strong and recognized research profile, with potential to publish in HR or related journals.
• Professional experience using HR software applications.
• Experience in quality assurance and developing course specifications as per National Qualification Framework or international accreditation standards.
• Industrial experience in HR Talent Planning & Recruitment or other relevant domains, with at least two years of relevant industrial experience.

5. Assistant Professor in English Media Writing

Education & Certifications:

• Ph.D. degree in English Media Writing from an accredited university.
• Membership of a Media or Mass Communication professional body is desirable.
• Experience:
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience in Media Writing in English and related courses.
• Minimum of two years of relevant industrial experience in the field of specialization.
• Experience in developing course specifications according to the National Qualification Framework and international accreditation standards.

التعليم والشهادات:

• درجة الدكتوراه في إدارة الموارد البشرية (تخطيط المواهب والتوظيف) أو مجال ذي صلة في وقت التعيين.
• من الناحية المثالية، ينبغي أن تكون درجة الدكتوراه من جامعة معتمدة وطنيا أو دوليا، ويفضل أن تكون معتمدة من قبل AACSB.
• من المستحسن أن تكون عضوًا في هيئة مهنية للموارد البشرية.
• خبرة:
• - خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في التدريس في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو المجالات ذات الصلة على مستوى البكالوريوس أو الدراسات العليا.
• ملف بحثي قوي ومعترف به، مع إمكانية النشر في مجلات الموارد البشرية أو المجلات ذات الصلة.

5.  أستاذ مساعد في كتابة الوسائط الإعلامية باللغة الإنجليزية

التعليم والشهادات:

• درجة الدكتوراه في الكتابة الإعلامية باللغة الإنجليزية من جامعة معتمدة.
• من المستحسن أن تكون عضوًا في هيئة مهنية للإعلام أو الاتصال الجماهيري.
• خبرة:
• - خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في التدريس في مجال الكتابة الإعلامية باللغة الإنجليزية والدورات ذات الصلة.
• - خبرة صناعية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التخصص.
• - الخبرة في تطوير مواصفات المقررات الدراسية وفقاً للإطار الوطني للمؤهلات والمعايير الدولية للاعتماد.
