Automation Engineer 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and program automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and new industrial technologies
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend solutions for equipment reliability improvement
• Perform system integration, including sensors, actuators, and controllers
• Troubleshoot and maintain robotic and automated systems
• Optimize system performance by analyzing data and making adjustments.
• Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, production staff, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Analyze electrical automation issues, propose solutions and where necessary implement modifications in liaison with back offices to comply with change requests / specification amendments
• Provide technical expertise and advise on all electrical automation activities and requirements for efficient delivery of maintenance activities 
• Conduct technical investigations and detailed fault finding for recurring and/or serious problems related to electrical automation activities 
• Ensure electrical automation records are maintained and kept fully up to date as per Company policies and procedures 
• Ability to design and implement robotic automation systems for assembly and commissioning environments
• Program and integrate industrial robots and develop control algorithms for robotic task execution
• Ensure compliance with all relevant (internal and external) regulations including HSEQ requirements using Company policies and procedures as appropriate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Automation Engineering or a relevant field 
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

مهندس أتمتة 

المسئوليات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وبرمجة أنظمة الأتمتة باستخدام وحدات التحكم المنطقية القابلة للبرمجة (PLCs) وواجهات الإنسان والآلة (HMIs) والتقنيات الصناعية الجديدة
• إجراء دراسات الجدوى والتوصية بحلول لتحسين موثوقية المعدات
• تنفيذ تكامل النظام، بما في ذلك أجهزة الاستشعار والمحركات وأجهزة التحكم
• استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وصيانة الأنظمة الروبوتية والآلية
• تحسين أداء النظام عن طريق تحليل البيانات وإجراء التعديلات.
• التعاون مع المهندسين الآخرين والفنيين وموظفي الإنتاج وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان نجاح المشروع
• تقديم الدعم الفني والتدريب للمشغلين وموظفي الصيانة
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة واللوائح
• تحليل مشكلات الأتمتة الكهربائية واقتراح الحلول وتنفيذ التعديلات اللازمة عند الضرورة بالتنسيق مع المكاتب الخلفية للامتثال لطلبات التغيير / تعديلات المواصفات
• توفير الخبرة الفنية والمشورة بشأن جميع أنشطة الأتمتة الكهربائية ومتطلباتها من أجل تقديم أنشطة الصيانة بكفاءة 
• إجراء تحقيقات فنية واكتشاف الأخطاء بشكل مفصل للمشاكل المتكررة و/أو الخطيرة المتعلقة بأنشطة الأتمتة الكهربائية 
• تأكد من صيانة سجلات الأتمتة الكهربائية وإبقائها محدثة بالكامل وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة 
• القدرة على تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة الأتمتة الروبوتية لبيئات التجميع والتشغيل
• برمجة ودمج الروبوتات الصناعية وتطوير خوارزميات التحكم لتنفيذ المهام الروبوتية
• ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح ذات الصلة (الداخلية والخارجية) بما في ذلك متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة باستخدام سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها حسب الاقتضاء

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية والأتمتة أو مجال ذي صلة 
• ما لا يقل عن خمس (5) سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة
• مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل
