Requirements:

• 3–5 years of front desk/reception experience is a must.

2. Document Controller

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller or construction companies (GCC preferred).
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, library management, or record management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with MEP terminology, submittal workflows, and project filing systems.

3. Sr. Accountant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management or Equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.

4. Safety Officer

Requirements:

• At least 3 year plus of experience in similar Safety field preferably in a construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or its equivalent with additional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
• Preferred HSE Professional Achievements in IOSH MS, NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH HSW.

5. Marine Technician Electrical

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years Previous experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferably, formal marine electrical training from a technical school.
• In-depth knowledge of boat components and functionality.
• Strong electrical skills and proficiency in using various tools and techniques.

الوظائف المطلوبة في شركة كونتراتيك WLL وتفاصيلها:

1.  موظف استقبال

متطلبات:

• من الضروري أن تكون الخبرة في مجال الاستقبال من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
• شخصية جيدة ومظهر لائق ويجب أن يتمتع بمستوى جيد من الضيافة.
• يجب أن يكون لديه مستوى جيد جدًا من مهارات التواصل اللفظي والكتابي باللغة الإنجليزية.

2.  مراقب المستندات

متطلبات:

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مراقبة المستندات أو شركات البناء (يفضل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي).
• - درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة المكتبات، أو إدارة السجلات.
• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وورد، إكسل، أوت لوك).
• المعرفة بمصطلحات الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية، وسير العمل التقديمي، وأنظمة حفظ الملفات الخاصة بالمشاريع.

3.  محاسب أول

متطلبات:

• - درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
• أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع البناء.
• إجادة برامج المحاسبة ومهارات متقدمة في برنامج MS Excel.

4.  مسؤول السلامة

متطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مماثل للسلامة ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة البناء.
• - درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة السلامة أو ما يعادلها مع مؤهلات إضافية في أنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإدارة الحرائق والسلامة.
• الإنجازات المهنية المفضلة في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في IOSH MS وNEBOSH IGC وNEBOSH HSW.

5.  فني كهربائي بحري

متطلبات:

• 2 – 3 سنوات خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل.
• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها ويفضل أن يكون ذلك من خلال التدريب الكهربائي البحري الرسمي من مدرسة فنية.
• معرفة متعمقة بمكونات القارب ووظائفه.
• مهارات كهربائية قوية وكفاءة في استخدام الأدوات والتقنيات المختلفة.
