Facilities Management - Civil Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time role at First Bahrain Holding Co. focusing on the management of commercial and industrial developments. The position plays a key role in supporting existing tenants and ensuring smooth onboarding for new ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of commercial and industrial properties

• Coordinate with tenants on fit-out needs and ongoing facility issues

• Supervise third-party service providers such as cleaning, maintenance, security, and suppliers

• Ensure maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and operational standards

• Keep accurate records and prepare performance and request reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)

• 0–5 years of experience in facilities or project management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently

• Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on, proactive attitude

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (شرط أساسي)

• من 0 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المرافق أو المشاريع

• مهارات تواصل قوية (كتابة وتحدثًا)

• قدرة عالية على تنظيم الوقت وإدارة المهام
