Quantity Surveyor – Mid-Level

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantities and material take-offs from architectural and structural drawings

• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement

• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts

• Prepare and certify interim payments, variation orders, and final accounts

• Collaborate with site teams and consultants for accurate cost tracking

• Maintain project cost records and contract documentation

• Ensure compliance with contracts and construction standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 4–6 years relevant experience, including high-rise projects

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and contract administration

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Primavera, Candy if applicable)

• Excellent analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
