1. STOREKEEPER

MAIN DUTIES

• Receive, bin, issue and dispatch of aircraft technical parts including checking and filing of associated documentation.
• Ensure correct bin locations are allocated in stores and that parts are arranged neatly. This includes making sure all tags are visible with minimum disruption of parts in location.
• Ensure parts are stored by location correctly and safely based on weight, dimension or category, and in conjunction with Gulf Air Policy and Procedures.
• Update the computer system to reflect the status of parts received and issued.
• Take all the precaution measures required for storing and handling Dangerous Goods items.
• Monitor shelf life items,compile list of expiring SL items and share with Stores supervisor.
• Ensure parts are issued based on a rotational basis.” First in – First out basis”.
• Ensure stores shelves and bin locations are kept clean at all times.
• Assist or arrange for material packing and preparation of Pick Slips.
• Use Fork lift, truck to move and position large components and bulky parts.
• Assist with Stock checks.
• Handle parts in accordance with Gulf Air Policy and Procedures, in particular ESD (Electrostatic Sensitive Device ) category parts.
• Carry out Projects or tasks as directed by Base Stores Supervisor.

2. LOUNGE ASSOCIATE

Education/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience
• 2 years in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant/lounge.

3. DIRECTOR, SALES

Experience

•  Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the aviation industry.
•  A key prerequisite for this role is a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position specifically within aviation sales, with demonstrated experience overseeing or performing sales operations either in or at a country or regional level.
•  Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies, manage teams, and deliver measurable sales results in a competitive market environment.

1.  أمين المخزن

المهام الرئيسية

• استلام وفرز وإصدار وإرسال الأجزاء الفنية للطائرات بما في ذلك فحص وتصنيف الوثائق المرتبطة بها.
• تأكد من توزيع صناديق التخزين في مواقعها الصحيحة في المخازن، ومن ترتيب القطع بدقة. يشمل ذلك التأكد من وضوح جميع العلامات مع الحد الأدنى من تداخل القطع في مواقعها.
• تأكد من تخزين الأجزاء حسب الموقع بشكل صحيح وآمن بناءً على الوزن أو الأبعاد أو الفئة، وبالتزامن مع سياسة وإجراءات طيران الخليج.
• تحديث نظام الكمبيوتر ليعكس حالة الأجزاء المستلمة والصادرة.
• اتخذ كافة التدابير الاحترازية اللازمة لتخزين ومعالجة المواد الخطرة.
• راقب العناصر ذات مدة الصلاحية، وقم بتجميع قائمة بالعناصر ذات مدة الصلاحية منتهية الصلاحية ومشاركتها مع مشرف المتاجر.
• تأكد من إصدار الأجزاء على أساس التناوب. "على أساس أسبقية الدخول - أسبقية الخروج".
• تأكد من إبقاء أرفف المتاجر ومواقع الصناديق نظيفة في جميع الأوقات.
• المساعدة أو الترتيب لتعبئة المواد وإعداد أوراق الالتقاط.
• استخدم الرافعة الشوكية والشاحنة لنقل وتحديد موضع المكونات الكبيرة والأجزاء الضخمة.
• المساعدة في فحص المخزون.
• تعامل مع الأجزاء وفقًا لسياسة وإجراءات شركة طيران الخليج، وخاصة أجزاء فئة ESD (الأجهزة الحساسة للكهرباء الساكنة).
• تنفيذ المشاريع أو المهام حسب توجيهات مشرف المخازن الأساسية.

2.  مساعد الصالة

التعليم/المؤهلات

• - شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة
• سنتين في فندق فاخر أو مطعم/صالة راقية.

3.  مدير المبيعات

خبرة

•  - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المبيعات والتسويق، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال صناعة الطيران.
•  إن الشرط الأساسي لهذا الدور هو خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب إداري في مجال مبيعات الطيران، مع خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على عمليات المبيعات أو تنفيذها سواء في أو على مستوى الدولة أو المنطقة.
•  القدرة المؤكدة على تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التجارية وإدارة الفرق وتحقيق نتائج مبيعات قابلة للقياس في بيئة السوق التنافسية.
