Responsibilities:

Greeting guests

Ensuring guest comfort throughout the session

Consulting guests regarding treatment procedures

Confirming there are no contraindications to the service

Recommending proper aftercare

Maintaining cleanliness of own station after each service

Reviewing daily sales reports

Using specialist tools and electrical equipment

Maintaining safe work practices and hygiene standards

Performing all Moroccan Bath services listed on the menu for guests

Job Objective
Provide post start-up technical services and assistance for licensed units and non-licensed units using Axens catalysts/adsorbents. This includes troubleshooting, performance monitoring, on-site start-up support, inspections, and catalyst/adsorbent loadings.
Key Responsibilities (Missions)

Perform unit follow-up in coordination with HQ Technical Services Group and AME team
-
Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and recommendations
-
Support catalyst/adsorbent change-outs
-
Deliver feedback for process design and procedure improvements

Analyze and monitor operating unit performance
-
Manage client interface during start-ups, shutdowns, and emergencies
-
Collaborate with Technical Services Group to strengthen knowledge of Axens processes
-
Ensure quality and QHSE standards compliance
Qualifications & Skills
-
Education: Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-
Experience: Minimum 3 years in petroleum refining or petrochemical operations
-
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
-
Proactive, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset
-
Experience working in interdisciplinary environments
-
Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
-
Willingness to travel frequently
