1. Security Guard

Requirements 

• Must be a licensed Security Guard.
• Possess a valid GTS certification.

2. Assistant Port Captain

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between ship crews, port authorities, agents, and terminal operators.
• Supervise vessel arrivals, departures, cargo operations, and bunkering to ensure timely port turnarounds.
• Monitor compliance with IMO, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, and port state regulations.
• Coordinate with stevedores, pilots, and tug operators to optimize berthing schedules.
• Oversee crew changes, provisions, and spare parts logistics for vessels in port.
• Conduct vessel inspections to ensure seaworthiness, safety, and environmental standards.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, or delays and implement corrective actions.

4. Marine Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and troubleshoot barge equipment including winches, towing gear, and mooring systems
• Conduct emergency repairs on vessels during operations to minimize downtime

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in an insurance coordination or brokerage role, with a mandatory focus on marine and construction insurance.

• Property Insurance: Damage, Business Interruption, Material Damage.

الوظائف المطلوبة في شركة الحسنين ش.م.ب وتفاصيلها:

1.  حارس الأمن

متطلبات 

• يجب أن يكون حارس أمن مرخصًا.
• - الحصول على شهادة GTS صالحة.
• خبرة في مجال المراقبة والرصد.
• خبرة في إجراءات التحكم في الوصول.
• خبرة في الاستجابة للطوارئ والتعامل مع الحوادث الأمنية.
• القدرة على ضمان سلامة وأمن المبنى.

2.  مساعد قبطان الميناء

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• العمل كنقطة الاتصال الأساسية بين أطقم السفن وسلطات الموانئ والوكلاء ومشغلي المحطات.
• الإشراف على وصول السفن ومغادرتها وعمليات الشحن والتزويد بالوقود لضمان تحولات الميناء في الوقت المناسب.
• مراقبة الامتثال للقواعد المنظمة البحرية الدولية، وISPS، وSOLAS، وMARPOL، وقوانين دولة الميناء.
• التنسيق مع عمال الموانئ والطيارين ومشغلي القاطرات لتحسين جداول الرسو.
• الإشراف على تغييرات الطاقم والمؤن ولوجستيات قطع الغيار للسفن في الميناء.
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش للسفن للتأكد من صلاحيتها للإبحار والسلامة والمعايير البيئية.
• التحقيق في الحوادث أو الأخطاء التي كادت تقع أو التأخيرات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• إعداد تقارير مكالمات الميناء، وتحليلات التكلفة، ومراجعة الأداء التشغيلي.

3.  مدير المشروع - حوض بناء السفن

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة البحرية أو الهندسة البحرية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال إصلاح السفن أو إدارة الأحواض الجافة أو تنفيذ المشاريع البحرية.
• سجل حافل في إدارة مشاريع الأحواض الجافة واسعة النطاق (ناقلات النفط، وناقلات البضائع السائبة، والسفن البحرية، وما إلى ذلك).
• معرفة قوية بتفجير الهيكل/الطلاء، وإصلاح الآلات، والإصلاحات الهيكلية.
• - المعرفة ببرامج أحواض بناء السفن (Primavera P6، AutoCAD، أنظمة إدارة أحواض بناء السفن).
• مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتفاوض وحل المشكلات.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).

4.  ميكانيكي بحري

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إجراء الصيانة والإصلاحات على محركات القاطرات (كاتربيلر، إي إم دي، فيربانكس مورس) وأنظمة الدفع Z-drive/Bow
• صيانة واستكشاف أخطاء معدات البارجة وإصلاحها بما في ذلك الرافعات ومعدات القطر وأنظمة الربط
• إجراء إصلاحات طارئة على السفن أثناء العمليات لتقليل وقت التوقف
• تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية لسفن الأسطول
• تشخيص وإصلاح أنظمة التوجيه الهيدروليكية ومحاذاة الأعمدة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في التخطيط في أحواض بناء السفن أو الأحواض الجافة أو التصنيع البحري.
• المعرفة المتخصصة بدورات إصلاح السفن، وتفجير/طلاء الهيكل، وإصلاح الآلات، وإجراءات الإرساء.
• الكفاءة في برامج Primavera P6 و MS Project و AutoCAD وإدارة أحواض بناء السفن.
• - المعرفة بقواعد مجتمع الطبقة (ABS، DNV، LR، وما إلى ذلك) واللوائح البحرية.
• مهارات تحليلية قوية مع خبرة في طريقة المسار الحرج (CPM) وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM).
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (العربية أو لغات أخرى هي إضافة جيدة).

6.  منسق التأمين الأول

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال تنسيق التأمين أو الوساطة التأمينية، مع التركيز الإلزامي على التأمين البحري والبناء.
• معرفة متعمقة بـ:
• التأمين البحري: هيكل السفينة، MACH، P&I، الشحن، غرامات التأخير.
• تأمين الممتلكات: الأضرار، انقطاع الأعمال، الأضرار المادية.
• تأمين المسؤولية: العامة، المنتج، التعاقدي، المسؤولية المهنية.
• تأمين البناء: CAR، EAR، DSU.
• خبرة مثبتة في التفاوض على المطالبات وتسويتها.
• فهم قوي لنصوص السياسات والشروط والأحكام.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين.
