📌 Key Duties and Responsibilities for Procurement Officer

• Ensure competitive pricing, on-time delivery, and quality of materials and parts.

• Source, select, and negotiate favorable purchase terms with suppliers, covering quality, price, delivery, and services.

• Identify and onboard new suppliers; negotiate contracts, discounts, and volume rebates.

• Manage both local and overseas deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at the site/store.

• Proactively analyze and recommend improvements to procurement activities, such as using quantity discounts and cooperative purchasing.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, visiting them as necessary.

• Coordinate with suppliers and end-user departments to resolve supply-related issues.

• Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies and transportation-related issues.

• Prepare requisitions, purchase orders, and ensure they align with company policies and requirements.

Civil Engineer

Design & Analysis

Develop and review designs for post-tensioned concrete structures, including slabs, beams, and foundations, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Site Supervision

Oversee the installation of post-tension systems at construction sites, ensuring proper execution and quality control.

Collaboration

Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that post-tensioning systems are installed according to approved designs and industry standards.

Calculations & Detailing

Perform structural analysis, prepare detailed drawings, and calculate loads for post-tensioned elements.

Project Management

Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Inspection & Testing

Conduct site inspections to verify the installation and performance of post-tension systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Documentation
