About the Job
Sayres is seeking a Metrics and Data Analyst - LCS Maintenance Training in Bahrain with Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS.
Location: Manama, Bahrain – a destination offering warm Gulf waters, water sports, and cultural experiences like the Manama Souq.
Opportunity: You will support Commander Naval Surface Group Central (CNSG-C), responsible for readiness (man, train, equip) of 4 Mine Countermeasure (MCM) and LCS ships forward deployed in Bahrain.
Preferred Background: Experience with Damage Control, engineering room operations, or having been an assessor at ATG in MOB-D (Damage Control) or MOB-E (Engineering).
Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain CNO Availability & CMAV trend reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations.

Manage project lead’s schedule and training presentations for:
-
Engineering (MOB-E), Damage Control (MOB-D) training
-
Material assessments (DCMA)
-
Engineering & Damage Control Focused LTT
-
Program Management (Engineering, DC, NAVOSH, Gas Free, Safety Precautions, 3M)
-
Readiness Events (RE2, RE5, RE6, RE7) and Material Inspections (MI).

Report ship status, identify training challenges, and recommend improvements.
-
Develop metrics and databases for analyzing root causes of CNO Availability extensions and growth work, especially for LCS Freedom Class.

Generate PowerPoint reports with results and recommended actions.

Provide training and maintenance assessments for LCS Freedom Class.
-
Participate in intermittent underway periods onboard LCS/MCM ships.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years’ experience as Active-Duty US Navy Engineman (LCS, LPD, LHA, DDG, CG, FFG, MCM).
-
LCS Freedom Class experience preferred.
-
Active US Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:

Role Overview
