الملخص الوظيفي:
يقوم مشرف التدقيق الداخلي بالإشراف على عمليات التدقيق، وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية، إضافةً إلى دعم العمليات المالية. كما يتولى الإشراف على الأنشطة التدقيقية، ومراقبة الضوابط، وإعداد التقارير، والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لضمان الدقة المالية والكفاءة التشغيلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على عمليات التدقيق الداخلي في أنشطة البيع بالتجزئة والمستودعات.

• مراجعة واعتماد تقارير نقاط البيع (POS)، والتحصيلات النقدية، والتصحيحات، وترحيل بيانات المبيعات في نظام SAP.

• إدارة إنشاء معرفات المشرفين في POS، ومعالجة MGO/Miro، وتحديثات MAP.

• تقديم الدعم المالي في نظام SAP بما يشمل ترحيل العمليات المالية، ومحاكاة الرواتب، وتنسيق الخصومات مع قسم الموارد البشرية.

• إعداد تقارير ضريبة القيمة المضافة لتقديمها إلى هيئة الضرائب (NBR).

• ضمان حجز ودفع فواتير الخدمات في مواعيدها.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or related functions.

• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Arabic is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:
The Audit Supervisor will oversee auditing processes, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and support finance operations. Responsibilities include supervising audit activities, monitoring controls, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise internal audits across retail and warehouse operations.

• Review and validate POS chief reports, cash collections, corrections, and posting of sales statements into SAP.

• Manage supervisor ID creation in POS, MGO/Miro reversals, and MAP updates.

• Provide SAP finance support, including FI postings, salary simulation, and deductions coordination with HR.

• Prepare VAT assessment reports for NBR submissions.

• Ensure timely booking and payment of utility invoices.

• Support month-end closing processes (MM and FI), including consignment sales verification and reporting.

• Prepare monthly audit and financial reports for the Finance Manager.

• Plan and supervise inventory counts (cyclic, half-yearly, year-end, and special counts).
