Overview:
Heathland B.V. is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to lead its dynamic recycling operations. The company focuses on sourcing, upgrading, and selling recycled materials such as PMMA, PC, and ABS. The Commercial Manager will define and execute business strategy, ensuring alignment with Trinseo’s recycling plants that process 20–30 kt of waste per plant. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

The Role
We’re hiring a Motion Graphics & Video Editor who blends design, editing, and storytelling to create thumb-stopping ads that convert. You’ll take concepts from storyboard to final cut—mixing crisp editing, kinetic typography, 2D/3D graphics, and strong design sense.
What You’ll Do

Edit and animate high-impact short-form ads (5–30s) for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and display.

Produce multiple versions (hooks, CTAs, languages, formats) for rapid A/B testing against CTR, CAC, ROAS, and watch-time.

Integrate graphics with live-action footage—compositing, tracking, and blending 2D/3D for stronger storytelling.

Design branded assets (style frames, icon sets, transitions, lower thirds) to keep content fresh and consistent.

Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, and media buyers to align creative output with campaign goals.

Spot trends early—adapt meme formats, cultural moments, and platform effects into new ad styles.
